Real Madrid making changes to their squad this summer could be Juventus becoming advantageous for the next few seasons to come.

Juventus will be in a win-win situation as they are hoping to execute a swap deal with Barcelona that would see Arthur Melo arrive and Miralem Pjanic go the other way. Pjanic has most probably been the best midfielder for the Italians in the last few years, but replacing an ageing player is always a task which the club is performing easily.

Arthur would add much needed creativity and control in the centre of the park, something that could help Maurizio Sarri excel, but it’s evident that only one artist is not going to be enough to run the whole engine room. Paul Pogba continues to be on Juve’s radar and they have also decided to re-ignite interest in signing Isco from Real Madrid, Calcio Mercato says.

Isco continues to have Zinedine Zidane’s trust and support, but one thing that the Frenchman cannot guarantee the former Malaga midfielder is playing time. Luka Modric’s slowdown was expected to make Isco the beneficiary but Federico Valverde has risen this season and is giving all of Madrid’s midfielders a run for their money.

Given that the Spain international faces the risk of spending his prime on the bench, he wouldn’t mind being on the move and Juventus are willing to sanction a transfer for him. The Bianconeri have followed the 28 year old since a couple of years and now face competition from Chelsea in a bid to land him.

Real Madrid value their sublime playmaker at 60 million euros, a price which is fairly within the reach of Juventus but may be reluctant in letting go of their man especially because he delivers consistently in the big games. Moreover, he offers unreal control in the midfield which the Whites benefit from since they no more have counter-attacking players.

Having said that, Zinedine Zidane will hold on to Isco at all costs but nonetheless, the Old Lady of Turin should try to bid up to 80 million euros or so to bring in the Spaniard. He promises to be worth every penny and after seven years in Madrid having won every trophy, Isco could leave for reasons being apart from regular minutes as well.

Who would you choose between Paul Pogba and Isco for Juventus?
