But finally, Maurizio Sarri has fulfilled his destiny by winning the league with the Bianconeri, as Juve pushed past two injuries to produce a professional 2-0 victory over Sampdoria at the Allianz Stadium.

Another great display from Wojciech Szczesny, who did not put a single foot wrong despite being tested frequently by Sampdoria. Serie A legend Fabio Quagliarella, a former Capocannoniere winner, had several dangerous chances, but Szczesny was equal to the striker’s efforts. Szczesny continues to prove why he is regarded as Serie A’s best goalkeeper, and he deserved the clean sheet despite the strong performance from the underdog visitors to the Allianz Stadium.
