LB Alex Sandro

Alex Sandro improved against Sampdoria, playing a key role in the win by defending well and offering more support in attack than usual, even winning a penalty kick for his team on the dribbler. Hopefully, Sandro can string together some more positive performances to close out the 2019-2020 campaign.

CB Leonardo Bonucci

Another start should be on its way for Leonardo Bonucci despite the Scudetto being sealed. He’ll want to help Juventus put together a professional display on the road against a Calgiari team that has been known to excite their home fans.

CB Daniele Rugani

Perhaps this could be the time for Merih Demiral to make his return from a knee injury and start, but it’s more likely that Juventus go with a more underwhelming option as a precaution. Daniele Rugani needs to have a big game to wash away the sour taste of his recent performances as a spot-starter. Matthijs de Ligt could use the rest after his immense displays since Serie A’s return.

RB Juan Cuadrado

Danilo may have picked up a head injury against Sampdoria, so Juan Cuadrado will continue to start at right back for the Bianconeri. Cuadrado has been one of the team’s most consistent performers this season, and he should play a huge role in the attack. Look for the Colombian to pick up another assist.
