Juventus are targeting experienced strikers to play alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and Paulo Dybala, but they could bring in a younger player on loan.

The Bianconeri want to terminate Gonzalo Higuain’s contract and find a better striker to be a key player in the attack, relieving some pressure off Cristiano Ronaldo and Paulo Dybala while also getting the most out of those two Juventus superstars.

Duvan Zapata, Raul Jimenez, Alexandre Lacazette, Arkadiusz Milik, and Edin Dzeko are a handful of strikers on the Juventus wishlist, but the Bianconeri could be looking to make a cheaper acquisition for 2020-2021 by signing a young striker on loan.

And that striker just happens to be very familiar with Juventus.

According to a report from Tuttosport’s Marina Salvetti, Juventus are considering signing Moise Kean on loan from Everton one year after they sold him to the Toffees for nearly 30 million euros.

Moise Kean should be important to Everton

Kean hasn’t gotten off to the best start at Everton, but the club has major issues and needs Kean in the long run. He can be a true superstar player and lead the line for the Toffees under Carlo Ancelotti.

So it would be hard to see Everton allowing Kean to leave on loan, especially if he’s not guaranteed to start. Also remember center back Leonardo Bonucci, who is supposed to be an important leader on the team, did not show support for Kean when he faced racist abuse.

We cannot predict what Kean wants to do, but we can say that he is an extraordinary young player who should be a huge key to Everton’s future plans. Just 20 years old, Kean played only 866 minutes in the Premier League last season. So since he scored six goals in 536 minutes at Juventus in 2018-2019 before moving to Everton, it’s even possible he’d have more success in Turin and more playing time if no other strikers are available.

A Kean reunion is an interesting option, and it is worth thinking about acquiring him on a one-year loan from Juventus’ perspective. If he is interested and buying a striker is not ideal due to cost, then Kean could even prove to be a better upgrade than one of the more experienced forwards.
