The replacements Juventus are looking at are not good enough

There have been several names being mentioned as a potential Paulo Dybala replacement so far, with Sergio Aguero and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia being two of the most sought-after and most reliable ones. While the former is a proven goalscorer and Premier League legend with Manchester City, the latter is more juvenile, learning to handle the stardom at the age of 20.

Are they good enough to replace a Paulo Dybala, who, at 27, is enjoying his peak as a football player? Aguero, as already confirmed, will leave Manchester City after the end of the 2020-21 campaign. Therefore, signing him would easier for Juventus since he will available for free this summer.

For Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Juventus will have to pay a transfer fee. However, success is not guaranteed with either of the two purchases. Sergio Aguero, 32, is believingly past his prime and has had suffered several muscular injuries of late. Hence, there is a risk of luring an accomplished but injury-prone campaigner. With Kvaratskhelia, it is thought that he is not ready to take a huge step like joining Juventus and playing for them in the time of their need, as of yet.

So, it looks better in the way it is now. Keeping hold of Paulo Dybala seems to be the most fruitful option out of the three for the Old Lady. Selling Paulo Dybala to secure the services of the aforementioned two would be like exchanging a Lamborghini Veneno Roadster with a Ford Pinto.
