Spezia LB Simone Bastoni

Although Spezia are safer from the relegation zone than the aforementioned sides, they might have the least talent in Serie A. But they have a couple of defensive players worth watching, specifically Simone Bastoni. He may get overshadowed by Inter’s Bastoni, but Simone is a quality defender in his own right. Bastoni is just 24, has five assists, and is averaging 2.4 tackles per game. I don’t think it’s wild to suggest he could displace Alex Sandro next season.

Fiorentina CB Nikola Milenkovic

Fiorentina fans are tired of their rivals to the north stealing away their best players, especially Federico Chiesa, who has been incredible this season for the Old Lady. There are two players on Juve’s radar in Dusan Vlahovic and Nikola Milenkovic. The former makes more headlines and scores the goals, but the latter is the better player. Juve don’t need a center back or highly defensive midfielder, but I like quality. And Milenkovic is Fiorentina’s best player in my book.

Genoa ST Gianluca Scamacca

Gianluca Scamacca seems to have his fair share of detractors among Juventini, but he is still the best player to buy from Genoa. Eldor Shomurodov just does not have the quality or upside that Scamacca does. Although Scamacca needs to work hard and be more consistent, his raw tools are exciting. He could be a very good Serie A striker in a few years.
