Juan Cuadrado (RM) – 8/10 – This was a bright Cuadrado performance. The Colombian emphatically gave Juve a 2-0 lead after outwitting Bram Nuytinck one-v-one before firing past a helpless Marco Silvestri between the Udinese sticks. The veteran varied his movements down the right as well; offering support in the build-up phase and a source of penetration in behind.

Aaron Ramsey (CM) – 6/10 – Deployed as Juventus’ deepest midfielder, the Welshman ticked things over nicely without being overly expansive or progressive (he didn’t need to be). His defensive positioning also has to be commended as Udinese struggled to break Juve’s lines and penetrate through the centre for the most part.

Rodrigo Bentancur (CM) – 7/10 – Ramsey’s discipline in the double pivot gifted Bentancur plenty of freedom to have an impact in the attacking third. The Uruguayan set up Dybala’s opener after exploiting a gaping void in the right half-space and would smartly position himself in this zone throughout the contest. He became a little sloppier as the game wore on, but remained his menacing self out of possession.

Federico Bernardeschi (LM) – 5/10 – A quiet outing for Bernardeschi, who touched the ball a mere nine times in the opening period. His influence was kept to a minimum until his substitution just before the hour mark.
