Dejan Kulusevski (ST) – 6/10 – I enjoyed this Kulusevski performance. In the opening period, the Swede was a constant presence between the lines which allowed Juventus to progress upfield efficiently at times. There were a couple of sequences of wonderful poise and balance, while he tried his utmost to ensure the visitors remained a threat on the counter-attack throughout. He wasn’t perfect, sure, but I thought this was a promising effort overall.

Alvaro Morata (ST) – 7/10 – The Spaniard pounced on a Kostas Manolas error to net his first goal of the season and the game’s opener. His influence was limited in possession, but his effort off the ball was remarkable. He also produced a couple of admirable lone soldier bursts in transition that earned his side some much-needed moments of respite.
