Federico Chiesa (ST) – 6/10 – Wednesday’s match-winner struggled in a central role on this occasion. Rather than running in behind, he often sought to receive possession between the lines where he was swarmed by at least two Torino bodies. He was so poor with his back to goal, but that doesn’t suit him whatsoever. Thus, his influence was limited before he teed up Locatelli for the winner.

Moise Kean (ST) – 6/10 – Harshly brought off at the break after a bright opening period. There were two sequences that particularly caught the eye. Nevertheless, he did spurn a promising chance early on and generally struggled to hold the ball up when he was infrequently fed. The young Italian often had little support, though, especially from his midfield.
