Juventus have made an abysmal start to their domestic campaign. Previously considered a Scudetto aspirant, the Old Lady has racked up only six wins from 13 games in Serie A this season. As a result, they currently find themselves in eighth position — 11 points adrift of the league leaders.

Amid these uncertain times, Paulo Dybala remains a reliable individual for the Bianconeri. Since the beginning of the season, the diminutive Argentine has amassed three goals and three assists from nine appearances in Serie A, making him an undroppable candidate in Massimiliano Allegri’s team.

Although a pair of injuries have somewhat blighted his campaign thus far, Dybala has played the role of a creator-in-chief whenever he has been on the pitch for Juventus, producing loads of chances for the Bianconeri this season.

Paulo Dybala to commit his long-term future to Juventus

According to one of the most reliable transfer gurus out there in Fabrizio Romano, Dybala is undoubtedly going to sign new terms with Juventus. As per the claims, an agreement has already been reached between the club and the entourage of the Argentine playmaker. Only the official announcement from the club remains to be performed.

Romano believes that Dybala has put penned a new five-year contract at Juventus. If those reports are believed to be true, Dybala will earn €10m per season in wages and some more due to the performance-related add-ons.

Dybala’s contract extension will surely put an end to those speculations regarding La Joya’s uncertain future in Turin.

Having missed Juve’s victory against Fiorentina due to a calf injury, Paulo Dybala has made a swift return to the Bianconeri squad for the game against Chelsea in the Champions League. Paulo Dybala and co. will be looking to conclude their group stage campaign with a top-spot finish. A point at the Bridge will suffice.
