Marley Ake (RWB) – 5/10 – A chastening experience for the young Frenchman on his first senior start. He was hounded by Cristiano Biraghi in possession and often succumbed under pressure as his teammates struggled to offer support. Juan Cuadrado replaced him at the break.

Manuel Locatelli (CM) – 4.5/10 – Anonymous for much of the contest.

Arthur Melo (CM) – 4.5/10 – Against Fiorentina’s impressive high press, the usually press-resistant Arthur was unable to get his foot on the ball and dictate Juve’s build-up. The excellent Lucas Torreira didn’t give him an inch.

Adrien Rabiot (CM) – 4.5/10 – Like his fellow number eight, Rabiot didn’t have any influence. He also spurned a promising counter-attacking sequence early on.

Luca Pellegrini (LWB) – 6/10 – Pellegrini was okay. He engaged high upfield to complement Juve’s press and produced a standout tackle on Ikone midway through the second period to nullify a dangerous attacking sequence. Didn’t see much of the ball, especially in the attacking third.
