Alvaro Morata (ST) – 7/10 – It was Morata’s emphatic finish that handed Juve all three points. The Spaniard was excellent in the first half. He smartly created overloads in the second phase and was almost always a progressive option for his teammates. However, like the rest of the team, his influence waned in the second period and he should’ve scored a second at the death.

Dusan Vlahovic (ST) – 5/10 – It was a pretty frustrating outing for Vlahovic, who was outshone by his strike partner. The Serb was involved plenty in the opening exchanges as Juve dominated, but once Juve’s control dissipated, so did the striker’s impact. The Spezia backline marshalled him pretty well, overall.
