Alvaro Morata (ST) – 5/10 – Linked up well with Vlahovic in the first half but was a tad indecisive in the final third, which was surprising considering his recent form. Didn’t have much of an influence between the lines before his withdrawal.

Dusan Vlahovic (ST) – 5.5/10 – Excellent in the first half despite missing a couple of chances. His hold-up play was stellar and he struck fear into the Villarreal backline every time he touched the ball. Unfortunately, his service completely dried up after the break with Juve’s midfield scared to complete a forward pass.
