Juventus faces tougher challenge in Udinese but will still win

After a 1-0 victory against Cremonese on Wednesday, Juventus will be looking to keep their winning streak alive against Udinese this weekend.
Juve is currently sitting on a 7 game winning streak in Serie A play, helping them stay in the hunt for the Champions League. Even though they looked a little rusty in their first match back, there should be an improvement all across the pitch. Dusan Vlahovic remains on the sideline with an injury but it looks as though Angel di Maria and Alex Sandro should both be available. Federico Chiesa is slowly working his way back to full fitness which is huge for the team. If any of these players are fit enough to play or even work their way into the starting XI then the team should have a much stronger performance against Udinese.
Udinese is not a weak opponent, however. The team currently sits at 8th in the league and is coming off a 1-1 draw against Empoli. They have a number of talented players up front like Beto and Gerard Deulofeu who are dangerous in the attacking third. Roberto Pereyra is a talented winger who can stretch the pitch. Juventus will need to be careful of these three if they want to secure a victory.
Even though Udinese has a stronger side than Cremoneses, Juventus should be able to pull out a necessary and critical victory.
Juventus should not come out of this game with less than three points. Since Napoli lost in their last match, the gap between Juventus and the league leader has shrunk. The Bianconeri play Napoli next week so getting three points here is crucial to keeping the pressure on Gli Azzuri.

Because of the importance of this match, and Juventus having more players at their disposal, they should be able to defeat Udinese. It’s safe to expect a tough match, but Juventus should come out on top.
