3 players Juventus needs to game-plan for against Napoli

Napoli’s leading scorer certainly makes this list.
Osimhen is one of the most dangerous scorers in Serie A and a bright young star for Napoli. The Nigerian phenom has 10 goals on the season in only 13 matches in Serie A play. Those numbers are pretty outstanding for anybody and are one of the reasons that Napoli sits on top of the table.
Osimhen brings incredible speed to the position and has great timing on his runs. He’s also much more physical than his size would indicate.
While it is not concrete yet, the lineup predicted by la Gazetto dello Sport indicates that Alex Sandro, Danilo, and Gleison Bremer will make up Juve’s back line against Napoli. None of them have the speed to keep up with Osimhen 1 on 1. They will need to be careful of getting outrun by the talented Nigerian.
The best way to beat Osimhen is to constantly mark him (as with any striker) and force him to get the ball before he gets in the box. Osimhen is great at winning the ball in the air or out-pacing defenders to the ball. Juventus will need to be physical with him in the air and force him to take a touch or two which could throw him off. Juve’s defenders will also need to make sure that they are constantly communicating so Osimhen doesn’t get any free runs in the box.
It will be hard to contain Osimhen, but it is totally possible to keep from ruining Juve’s night.
