Juventus is set to take on Torino in another matchup of the Derby della Mole this afternoon. A win today could help Juve sure up their standing in the table and move into 7th place.

Since Juventus saw 15 points deducted from their point total earlier in the season, the Bianconeri have had to scramble to improve their standing. The club has put together a number of quality matches since the start of February. Those outings have helped them sure up their spot on the table. If they can continue that run of form, they would keep improving their chances of playing in a European competition next season.

Sitting behind them on the table, Torino will try and disrupt that run of form. Torino enters the match having won 2 of their last 5. Opponents have had a good time putting up goals against Torino this season, which helps explain their negative goal differential. Of course, any team can have a great matchday, but Juventus should be able to put up a few goals today, especially considering their run of form.

A win against Torino in the Derby della Mole would bump Juventus up to 7th in the table, overtaking Bologna on goal differential.

While Juventus would still be a number of points outside of the top 4, any improvement should be welcome for a side that felt hopeless only a few months ago.

Juventus is coming off of a huge win against Nantes in the Europa League. Angel di Maria had a hat trick in that match and the team has looked better in the attack since their January 29th loss to Monza. Juventus will need some goal contributions from their attacking players if they want to put pressure on their in-town rivals.
