Juventus wants to bring Christian Pulisic in this summer from Chelsea.

ESPN.com has reported that Pulisic is drawing interest from the Bianconeri and Napoli. If Juventus is smart, they will do whatever they can to sign the talented winger.

Pulisic is a dynamic winger who uses speed and quickness to attack in space. He is not great at getting back on defense, but his attacking play can be dynamic. He’s also strong in the counterattack and is able to weave his way through defenders and set up teammates nicely.

Pulisic’s biggest problem, however, is his inability to stay healthy. Every season, Pulisic picks up an injury that causes him to miss weeks if not months at a time. He is developing a reputation as a player who can never stay on the pitch.

Chelsea FC is in a state of chaos right now financially and on the pitch which could benefit Juventus in the transfer market over the summer.

Juventus finds itself in an interesting position with Pulisic. Because Chelsea has underperformed so dramatically and spent so much money bringing in new signings, Juve may be able to get Pulisic at somewhat of a discounted price. The Blues are going to be desperate to move on from some of their bench players with Pulisic as one designated for a summer departure. If they can get a good deal, Juventus needs to be aggressive to bring him to Turin. If not, Pulisic could end up with Serie A champs Napoli instead.

Given Chelsea’s struggles this season, it’s hard to look at any player on their squad as a good signing. Yet, Pulisic’s age and dynamism should make him a worthwhile investment for a club that could use an infusion of youth on the wing. Pairing him with Federico Chiesa and Dusan Vlahovic up top could be a nightmare for Serie A defenses.
