The newly-introduced Juventus Hall of Fame, set within the Juventus FC Museum, was revealed at a prestigious event. Gianluca Ferrero, Juventus FC president, and Juventus FC Museum president Paolo Garimberti marked the beginning of the project.
The Hall of Fame is dedicated to both first teams for men and women, for fans to recall the history made by the Turin titans.
This is now a permanent room at the Museum as well as a virtual space on the internet. Designed to celebrate the achievements of those who have written memorable pages in the history annals of Juventus FC.
Plans are in place for fans and coaches to choose new inductees from those names proposed from the club.
Criteria for Juventus Hall of Fame
For players to be included, they can no longer be active and must fit in at least one criteria from:- Been a historic captain, and been skipper at least 70 times;
- Been an historic captain, and skippered at least 70 times;
- Made a minimum of 350 Juve appearances;
- Scored at least 100 goals for Juventus;
- Won the Ballon d'Or while a Juventus player, and;
- Won 15 or more trophies as a Juventus player.
The inaugural 50 legendary players comprises:
