The 31-year-old Ghana international, who cost the Premier League giants €54 million (US$57.5m) from Atletico Madrid in 2020, is unlikely to open new contract talks with the Londoners.
Arsenal are on a rampant recruitment surge, focusing on younger midfielders such as Rosenborg’s Sverre Nypan and Real Sociedad’s Martín Zubimendi.
That paves the way for a potential free summer transfer for veteran Partey, with Juve keen to recruit tried and tested talent ahead of their 2025/26 campaign.
Juventus are long-term admirers of the defensive midfielder, while other possible suitors include Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain and a handful of Saudi Pro League clubs.
A two-year contract, which would coincide with the end of the deal for head coach Thiago Motta in June 2027, seems highly likely if the Ghana international opts for Serie A next season. His weekly salary is €241,000 (US$255,500).
Partey remains a pivotal player under Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta, despite a clutch of injuries in the fast-paced and physical English top tier.
He has had to settle for the club finishing runner-up in the Premier League, and his next move would surely be chasing honours. So Motta would have to convince Partey that the club are serious title-challengers.
Motta’s past summer recruitment saw the club invest €200m (US$212m), with creative midfielder Douglas Luiz a flop in Italy. The Brazilian, who joined from Aston Villa, has been unable to replicate his formidable form in Italy.
His pedigree in the English game is outstanding, which means that there are a plethora of clubs that could lure Luiz back to the Premier League and leave a gaping gap for Motta to fill.
Whether Partey’s age will go against him potentially joining the Turin titans remains to be seen, with ex-AC Milan ace Sandro Tonali of significant interest to Motta.
The Italian international could be involved in a cash and swap deal if Newcastle United continue to monitor Luiz’s situation, which may scupper any move for Partey, although Tonali may prefer to return to AC Milan depending on who is head coach next term.
