They announced in a statement, quoted by the website TuttoJuve, that they are set to lead a two-day protest that kicks off 24 hours before the game.
The Ultras are frustrated and angry that their beloved club has been knocked out of two cup competitions in the space of a week. Juve failed to reach the Champions League last 16 and the Coppa Italia semi-finals.
PSV Eindhoven, whose European competition home record is formidable, dispatched the Bianconeri 3-1 to set up a money-spinning clash with Arsenal.
The defending Coppa Italia champions were pitiful during their home defeat in their quarter-final game against injury-ravaged Empoli a week later.
Juve were beaten 4-2 in the penalty shootout, following a tame 1-1 draw against a side that fielded numerous youth and fringe players, and were booed off the pitch last Wednesday.
Head coach Thiago Motta lambasted his players during the post-match press conference, and was ordered to an emergency meeting the following day. The 42-year-old was given a vote of confidence to continue with his three-year plans for Project Motta.
Motta has an opportunity to put things back on track when Verona on Monday, who sit five points above the three relegation places, visit Turin. Juventus need maximum points to keep in reach of the top three in their ambitious bid to win the Scudetto.
Yet Motta, his squad and the club’s management will be subjected to more boos during their next home Serie A match against Verona.
The Ultras’ statement read: “We are the ones who follow you everywhere. Juventus is always on our minds. Rain, snow, ice, or sun, we are always there.
“We placed our trust in you, we wanted to believe, supporting you with enthusiasm and sacrifices.
“Unfortunately we have reached the point where we can no longer tolerate a project that seems to have failed, where nothing has a logical sense or a comprehensible progression!
Fanbase is tired
“The Juventus fanbase is tired of you, and sadly it is now expressing its disappointment during matches by booing and insulting. A reaction we always wanted to avoid, but your attitude and indifference towards a historic jersey like that of Juventus FC are no longer tolerable! Enough is enough.
“You will understand what it means when we can’t take it anymore. You will feel our disappointment, hoping to spark something within you, players, coach and management that could at least partially salvage a disastrous season that hasn’t happened in 14 years!
“We invite all Juventus fans to make their voices heard and join the demonstration of our discontent both tomorrow (Sunday 7.45pm at the Square of the Curva Sud) and then at J Hotel.”
