The Milan-based fashion powerhouse will see the Juve’s first team squad sporting Armani suits for all official off-pitch occasions throughout the 2025/26 and 2026/27 campaigns.
The Armani press release stated: “The [Juventus] wardrobe, designed for all national and European competitions, strike a balance between sartorial sophistication and contemporary comfort, with fluid lines, refined detailing, premium materials and a palette centred on the iconic midnight blue that defines the Giorgio Armani style.
“The looks includes suits styled with overshirts featuring a classic shirt collar, available in crêpe and water-repellent cashmere for the colder months, alongside soft trousers, T-shirts, polos and rollnecks in lightweight wool.
“For European fixtures, the suits feature fully deconstructed jackets and relaxed trousers, to be worn with viscose polos and T-shirts. A more formal midnight-blue suit, created for public appearances and special occasions, is paired with a white shirt and a jacquard-logo tie. Co-ordinated accessories and a technical overcoat complete the collection.”
Armani has a long-standing relationship with Italian football. He designed formal wear for the national men’s team at the 1994 FIFA World Cup finals , the Italy teams at the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games, and has been the Azzurri’s fashion and luxury sponsor for the men, women and U21 squads since 2019.
Armani's collaboration with soccer clubs
The company has previously designed the official suits for other soccer clubs, including Bayern Munich, Chelsea, England and Newcastle United. The EA7 Emporio Armani brand is the current main sponsor of Serie A champions Napoli.
Although Giorgio Armani follows the Azzurri, he does not publicly support any particular club. This is despite being born in Piacenza, which is relatively near to soccer clubs in Genoa, Milan and Parma.
The feel-good factor from sporting Armani clothes should help give Juventus the edge. Last season's Scudetto was won by Napoli and orchestrated by former Juve boss Antonio Conte, the club's main sponsors are the EA7 Emporio Armani brand and dressed them for success.
