Montenegro teenager Adzic came up to score in the first minute of added time to hand Igor Tudor his first Derby d'Italia victory and a thrilling 4-3 result inside the Allianz Stadium on Saturday
Lloyd Kelly broke the deadlock after 14 minutes, which was cancelled out by Hakan Calhanoglu's strike on the half-hour mark. Yildiz scored on 38 minutes to complete the opening half
After the turnaround Calhanoglu picked his spot with an exquisite finish from outside the box to equalize on 65 minutes, with unmarked Marcus Thuram heading home to give the visitors a 76th-minute lead. Goals from Khephren Thuram and Adzic rounded matters off by converting
Juve head coach Igor Tudor favored in-form Dusan Vlahovic, on the radar of Inter to sign next summer, to start rather than throw Jonathan David into his first Derby d'Italia contest. Yet the Serbia striker failed to muster a shot during a fiercely fought first-half that was full of thrills 'n' spills. although his work rate and pressing forward was top notch.
The hosts had hit the ground running this term with two wins and two clean sheets to soar to joint league leaders with Napoli ahead of the visit of Inter, with Tudor making only tweaks to his starting line-up.
In contrast, Inter manager Cristian Chivu selected an underwhelmed team to tackle the Bianconeri, seemingly rattled by the shock home defeat to Udinese.
Inter's Nicolo Barella got the blockbuster off to a bright start with an ambitious effort from outside the box, which narrowly missed the target. And midway through the first half his corner picked out Alessandro Bastoni, who should have headed past Michel Di Gregorio
Bremer brilliance got ball rolling
It was Bremer's telling corner that resulted in the breakthrough, finding the bottom right corner from the centre of the box to send the Juventus fans wild with joy.
Joy turned to misery when Juventus conceded their first Serie A goal this term, Turkey skipper Calhanoglu unleashing a long range left footer past Di Gregorio.
Di Gregorio saved Calhanoglu’s next thunderbolt from nestling in the bottom left corner, then Yildiz made an almost carbon copy of his international team-mate’s effort but at the other end to send Juventus ahead into the break.
Both Calhanoglu and Yildiz were livewires during the opening half, and there was no stopping their silky skills after the turnaround. The Turkish pair had suffered a humiliating 6-0 home defeat by Spain in their previous match.
Vlahovic was unable to direct his header from Teun Koopmeiners’ cross early in the second half, and the Bianconeri were left ruing the miss after Inter stepped up a couple of gears to take the game by the scruff of the net.
Double trouble Calhanoglu
The defensive vulnerabilities seen under Tudor became blatant, as the loose ball pinged around the box before substitute headed it to Calhanoglu for a spectacular strike on the volley for the equalizer.
Chivu had shaken things up less than 60 seconds before the goal, throwing on three subs including Zielinski.
Juventus were overrun and it was the commanding Calhanoglu who set up Alessandro Bastoni with a glorious opportunity to head past Di Gregorio.
This jolted Tudor to switch personnel, as his side were clearly second best. A triple substitution included Lois Openda making his Juve debut, replacing Vlahovic and Adzic swapped for Koopmeiners with 17 minutes remaining.
Yet the hosts were behind within 100 seconds of switching to a rare back four. Weston McKennie conceded a corner, which Federico Dimarco swung into unmarked Thuram who headed it down and into the bottom left corner from fully stretched Di Gregorio.
Juventus showed resilience and hunger
Juve were behind for the first time, but rather than collapse against their well drilled opponents, they pressed forward. Both managers made two changes, with Tudor giving David less than quarter-of-an-hour to make a vital impact.
Yildiz’s free-kick reached Thuram, who repeated his brother’s feat at the other end with a well taken headed goal.
It was Juventus who were pushing for a winner, and after Juan Cabal fluffed his chance in the final minute of regular time, David set up 18-year-old Adzic to beat keeper Yann Sommer and send his shot into the top left corner.
A nervous seven minutes of added time almost ended in a repeat of last season’s 4-4 Serie A clash between these two sides, but a last-gasp Thuram header from the centre of the box crept past the right post.
Most of the stadium went into a frenzy at the final whistle, with Tudor beaming from ear to ear at making it a hat-trick of Serie A wins to sit top of the table, at least until AS Roma, Cremonese and Napoli have completed their matches.
