Here’s how Juventus will likely line up against Milan on Friday.

After drawing 1-1 in the first leg of the semifinals, Juventus will be looking to pick up a victory in front of their home fans to go through to the final.

Let’s take a look at how Juve could line up against Milan for this all-important match.

GK Wojciech Szczesny

Gianluigi Buffon has made two starts in the Coppa Italia and may be the “cup” keeper for the Old Lady, but expect to see Wojciech Szczesny in goal in the first game after the break. They need him, since Milan can be dangerous in the attack with an in-form Ante Rebic.

More from Old Juve

LB Alex Sandro

Quietly one of the best left backs in European football right now, Alex Sandro has recorded three assist in Serie A for the Bianconeri. He could have a big say in this match.

CB Leonardo Bonucci

Arguably the best center back in the world at keeping a game ticking with his passing, Leonardo Bonucci will be one of the most important players on the pitch for either team.

He’ll be needed to both create from deep and avoid the defense making any errors against the opportunistic likes of Rebic and Hakan Calhanoglu.

CB Matthijs de Ligt

A big match is ahead for the young Matthijs de Ligt, who has looked every bit like the top signing he was meant to be after a rough start to life in Turin. De Ligt is capable of marking Rebic out of the game.

RB Juan Cuadrado

The wonderful attacking right back will have free reign on Friday. Don’t be surprised if the skillful Colombian picks up an assist to Paulo Dybala or Cristiano Ronaldo in the Coppa semifinals.

CM Blaise Matuidi

A regular in the starting XI for Juventus, Blaise Matuidi has completed nearly 90 percent of his passes in Serie A, per WhoScored.com, and he’ll provide plenty of hard work and ball-carrying for the Bianconeri against Milan.

CM Rodrigo Bentancur

Rodrigo Bentancur is developing into one of Juve’s most important players, and he’ll also be the key to the Bianconeri taking home the Coppa in 2020. So far in Serie A this season, the Uruguayan has a team-high six assists.

CM Sami Khedira

Miralem Pjanic and Aaron Ramsey don’t seem fit to start in the first game after football’s postponement, so Sami Khedira will be called upon. Maurizio Sarri speaks highly of the experienced German, but Juve fans will be skeptical of his ability to still deliver.

LW Cristiano Ronaldo

Ronaldo will be at the heart of everything good for Juventus in this second leg. The Bianconeri need him to have at least one goal contribution to secure advancement to the final.

CF Paulo Dybala

There are few players in Serie A who are as good as Paulo Dybala, and he’s on his way to becoming a Juve legend. Dybala could add to that legend with a big game on Friday.

RW Douglas Costa

Although Douglas Costa has been mired in transfer rumors this summer, the Brazilian is an important part of Juve’s attack. Costa’s dribbling ability, passing, chance creation, work rate, and football IQ are all tremendous. Even though injuries have prevented Costa from being a star for Juve in 2019-2020, the former Bayern Munich man has three assists.
