#2 Zlatan Ibrahimović

At 39 years of age, Zlatan Ibrahimović has earned himself another year at AC Milan. He will be playing at the highest level of professional football for at least another season after this one — the statement itself speaks enough of his ability.

Joining the red half of Milan in the winter of 2019, Zlatan Ibrahimović has since changed the grandeur of the club. This season, he has found the back of the nets 17 times from 26 games in all competitions. According to some, it is Ibrahimović’s never-say-die attitude that kept AC Milan at the top of the league for quite some time earlier this season.

Despite being at the wrong end of 30, Ibrahimović still possesses that killer instinct inside oppositions’ 18-yard box, as suggested by the goalscoring numbers of this ongoing 2020-21 campaign. He could cause havoc from set-pieces and corner kicks on Sunday.

The Bianconeri haven’t kept a clean sheet in any of their last 11 matches across all competitions. And Ibrahimović will be licking his lips at the prospect of keeping that ominous run going for the hosts. Ibrahimović’s presence will be the chief threat for la Vecchia Signora on Sunday. Keeping him quiet for the whole night would be a gigantic challenge for the Juve backline.
