Bournemouth are gearing up to bring in Albian Hajdari, who moved to Juventus U19 in 2020 but never made a senior appearance at the club. He signed for Swiss side FC Lugano in 2023, following two seasons being loaned out, and is now on the verge of a Premier League switch.

Huijsen has been one of the standout Premier League stars this term. The Dutch-born ace has claimed that after his successful loan to AS Roma he was forced out of Juve by Thiago Motta. The 20-year-old was just one of a handful of massive mistakes to be released by the former Juventus coach.

With Huijsen one of the hottest properties around, there’s numerous European giants keen to secure his signature. Liverpool appear to be leading the race over Real Madrid.

Juve must be kicking themselves as their current backline includes Premier League misfits from Chelsea and Newcastle United, with Juve sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli busy scouring potential summer signings.

Yet the latest defensive reinforcements being lined up by Juventus seem ambitious, with Barcelona and Real Madrid players on their radar.

There could be further embarrassment for the Turin titans if their former Juventus Next Gen starlet Hajdari follows in the footsteps of Huijsen to become a shining star at Bournemouth.

Versatile Hajdari

The 21-year-old, who can play both as a central defender, left-back and right-back, has established himself in the Swiss Super League with FC Lugano.

Albania-born Swiss U21 ace Hajdari is also being monitored by a plethora of German top tier teams with Bayer Leverkusen leading the chase.

Juve may have to question their transfer ins and outs should Hajdari be lured by Bologna and Lazio this summer. These two Serie A sides are monitoring his availability, and the youngster could make a massive impact in the Italian top tier like Huijsen did at Roma.
