It's been a few weeks since Juventus sold Federico Chiesa to Liverpool for a reported £10 million upfront, plus £2.5 million in add-ons, which depend on Liverpool winning the Premier League and Champions League.

The 26-year-old has signed a four-year contract at Anfield, and it's reported that he will earn the same wages as he did at Juventus. Now, the question is, how is the player adapting to a new league, country, and city?

Chiesa has only played in Italy during his first-team club career, so this new venture is a new one for the player. As a result, manager Arne Solt and goalkeeper Alisson Becker revealed how the winger is adapting.

How is Federico Chiesa doing at Liverpool?

Slot recently spoke about the Italian player from an adaptation on the pitch, noting that the player isn't fit to play a full 90 minutes, which is why it's a slow process to get him ready by giving him minutes off the bench.

“He’s not quite ready to start yet, but if he’s in the squad, it means he’s available," Slot told Sky Sports (h/t TuttoJuve). "We need to get him up to speed because, after the European Championship, he’s been training on his own and hasn’t had many friendlies. He’s working hard, which is great, and he might get a few minutes.”

In the meantime, Alisson mentioned how well the former Juventus star is fitting in both off the pitch and within the Liverpool dressing room. He also had high praise for Chiesa and his seamless integration into the squad.

"Chiesa doesn’t need an introduction—he's already shown his quality," Alisson said (h/t Bianconera News). "Even though he's had his share of injuries and tough times, his arrival has been really uplifting. He came with a big smile and a lot of enthusiasm, and he continues to show his quality every day. We're lucky to have him."
