With Kenan Yildiz the only recognized left winger in the Juventus squad, this is a position that certainly needs back-up next term.

Turkish talent Yildiz is versatile, and arguably would be better utilized as a second striker in his bid to become a Juventus legend like his hero Alessandro Del Piero.

Luis Henrique, Leandro Trossard and Christos Tzolis are firmly under the Juventus radar. Others that Juve desire would be expensive acquisitions, such as Manchester United’s Argentina hot-shot Alejandro Garnacho.

Brazilian magic beckons

Brazilian Henrique, valued at €21 million (US$23.45m) by Olympique de Marseille, has been hotly pursued by Juve rivals Inter Milan but there’s been little movement over the past month over a potential deal.

Juventus are ready to pounce in a bid to secure the 23-year-old’s signature, who they stumbled across when scouting other Marseille players.

Arsenal ace Trossard

Belgian Trossard was wanted by an undisclosed Saudi Pro League club last summer, but Arsenal rejected the offer for their 30-year-old ace.

With Trossard’s contract expiring with the Premier League club at the end of next season, the Gunners are looking to cash in to help fund the signing of a striker although have this past week entered talks about a contract extension.

Trossard’s price tag of €18m (US$20m) seems a snip, although a part cash swap involving Juve’s striker Dusan Vlahovic cannot be discounted.

Shooting star Tzolis

Club Brugge have a shining star in Tzolis, who has been scoring for fun.

The powerful Greek suddenly found his scoring boots during his one-season loan at German second tier club Fortuna Dusseldorf, bagging 22 goals in 30 appearances. The club snapped him up in May 2024, but sold him for €6m (US$6.7m) two months later.

Tzolis’ debut season at Club Brugge has been astonishing, finding the back of the net 21 times and providing 16 goal assists, with a cluster of clubs showing keen interest.

Juventus could definitely do with someone who can regularly be involved in setting up and scoring goals, so his market value of €18m (US$20m) could be a massive bargain if he can be tempted to the Turin titans.
