Arsenal are keeping a close watch on the striker market as the 2025 transfer window approaches, and reports suggest they are considering a move for Juventus striker Dušan Vlahović in January.

TEAMtalk indicates that after missing out on their top target, Benjamin Sesko, during the summer, the Gunners are now looking at Vlahović as a potential option.

Since joining Juventus for €80 million from Fiorentina in 2022, Vlahović’s time in Turin has had its ups and downs.

However, he has made a strong start to the current season, scoring eight goals and providing one assist in 13 matches, helping keep Thiago Motta’s side unbeaten in Serie A.

Could Juventus sell Dušan Vlahović in the January transfer window?

Former footballer Massimo Orlando stated that he believes Vlahović could be on the move when the transfer window opens in January.

Moreover, he suggests that a Manchester United player could come the other way to reunite with Motta while Vlahović heads to Old Trafford.

"[Motta] really needs to settle on a starting eleven because he changes it way too often," Orlando said (h/t Bianconera News).

"If he doesn’t have players he likes or needs for his system, he should have the courage to ask for something different. Right now, he’s in such a tough spot that anyone can beat him.

"He's not at all satisfied with Vlahovic, even though he’s scored goals. I wouldn't be surprised if there's a change in that position come January, with the Serbian moving to [Manchester] United and [Joshua] Zirkzee heading to Juve."

It will be interesting to see what Juventus decides to do as they need to determine whether to extend his current contract, which expires in 2026. How much could the player cost? Transfermarkt puts his value at €65 million.
