The Bianconeri have turned the heat on three forwards this summer, in a bid to be fully prepared for a serious assault on winning the Scudetto.
Canada hot-shot Jonathan David joined in early July, after being given an ultimatum to arrive at the Turin titans as a free agent.
Dusan Vlahovic was told to find a new club if he would not sign a contract extension, albeit with a reduced play.
With Kolo Muani, who enjoyed a second half of the season loan spell from Paris Saint-Germain, given a deadline of 13 August to seal a deal to Juventus.
Goal poacher David, who was sold a move to Juve with the clear message that the Bianconeri are aiming to win silverware, has been pretty lacklustre in his displays sporting a Juve jersey. There will understandably be some major concerns about whether he is the right fit.
Although Vlahovic has been desperately looking for an escape route, he has constantly turned down approaches from the Saudi Pro League and Turkish Super Lig.
There are options, if willing to take a drastic pay cut, to sign for AC Milan or Spanish giants Villarreal. The Serbia star has set his sights on the Premier League.
Until last night’s reignited interest from Newcastle United, it appeared that any potential switch to England was mission impossible despite his agent having discussions with a plethora of Premier League clubs.
Newcastle have turned their attention to the 25-year-old, as Muani edges closer to returning to Juventus.
France international Muani, who was recently on the radar of FIFA Club World Cup winners Chelsea, is closer to a season-long agreement with a conditional obligation to buy.
PSG had wanted to sell Muani, but the French champions have buckled as there is a mass clear-out this summer at the megabucks Ligue 1 outfit.
Juventus still need to splash the cash for a loan, which is anticipated to be around €10 million (US$11.7m). A purchase next July would be at least four times that amount.
Zero goals for David with the Bianconeri
Although David boasts an impressive scoring record for club and country, the fact he has yet to break his duck at pre-season friendlies is a massive concern.
The Bianconeri were lame in the 2-2 tussle behind closed doors to Serie B side AC Reggiana. A much improved team display saw Juve stun hosts Borussia Dortmund, and then there was the festive friendly against Juventus Next Gen.
In stark contrast to David, Muani made an instant impact under the then Juve head coach Thiago Motta. He scored five goals in his initial three Serie A games, to become the first Juventus player to achieve that feat this century.
He surprisingly fell down the pecking order when Tudor arrived in March as interim manager, and had to wait until Vlahovic was injured before he could convince Tudor.
PSG misfit Muani shines at Juventus
Muani only hit 11 goals in 54 appearances for PSG since his arrival from Eintracht Frankfurt, so being so prolific at Juventus makes it a no-brainer for him to be back at the club.
No-nonsense Tudor is extremely stubborn, although at Juventus he has made massive U-turns about the value of Francisco Conceicao and Muani to the squad.
Bringing back Muani, whose style of play and reading of the Italian top-flight, should pay dividends. For Tudor to alter his tactics and play two forwards could yet happen, although his experiment of Muani and Vlahovic failed.
Vlahovic has been netting goals during the pre-season friendlies, and was praised by Tudor following the 2-0 success over Juventus Next Gen.
Vlahovic is a dependable Juve scorer
The fact that Vlahovic remains a reliable target man, and has finished top scorer every season at the club since arriving in January 2022, indicates that Juventus may not sell him this summer but instead during the winter transfer window.
As well as Newcastle reigniting their interest, reports in the Spanish press are claiming that Barcelona are ready to pounce for Vlahovic.
There have been talks between AC Milan and Juve about Vlahovic being reunited with former Juventus boss Max Allegri, but as nothing has materialized AC Milan are exploring a deal to land Manchester United striker Rasmus Hojlund.
The Bianconeri are interested in a season-long loan for Hojlund, which would cost the Turin team €6m (US$6.9m) and a salary of €3.8 (US$4.4m). United are holding out for a permanent move, which has stalled negotiations with Juve, allowing AC Milan and Inter Milan to potentially hijack any deal.
