Juventus standout Kenan Yildiz is attracting interest from top European clubs after showcasing his potential. The 19-year-old, who is under contract with Juventus until 2029, has been the subject of transfer rumors.
Florian Plettenberg of Sky Sports Germany recently reported that Yildiz is a key target for Manchester United as they look to strengthen their attack. However, the teenager has no intention of leaving Juventus.
Yildiz is an important part of Juventus' future plans, and the club has no interest in selling a player who has yet to reach his full potential. Under new manager Thiago Motta, Yildiz has made 23 appearances across all competitions, scoring four goals and providing five assists this season.
Journalist weighs in on Kenan Yildiz transfer rumors
According to CaughtOffside, scouts from Arsenal, Aston Villa, Liverpool, and Manchester United have all monitored Yildiz's development at Juventus. Moreover, the report notes that the Turkish teenager is reportedly valued at €80 million.
Rai Sport journalist Paolo Paganini reacted to a report in Corriere dello Sport suggesting that Juventus might be willing to sacrifice Yildiz to sign Sandro Tonali, expressing his confusion over the idea.
"Juventus has other priorities at the moment, first and foremost the defense and secondly the attack," Paganini explained (h/t Bianconera News). "I don't rule out some surprise departures, but I'm referring to players like Fagioli who are outside the project, certainly not to Yildiz, to whom Juventus have just given the No. 10 shirt. It would seem like a rather risky move."
Yildiz has played everywhere in the attack, but he's found a home as Juventus' left winger and it seems the Turkey international will be on the side of the pitch for the Italian side for the foreseeable future despite interest from other top European clubs.
