Dušan Vlahović is off to an excellent under new manager Thiago Motta with two goals in three matches. Nonetheless, it's what Juventus expects from the highest-paid player in Serie A.

Vlahović arrived at Juventus in 2022 from Fiorentina and has appeared in 104 matches for I Bianconeri across all competitions, scoring 43 goals and registering nine assists. The question is whether that's enough production to warrant his high salary.

Motta could be the key to unlocking the potential that Vlahović has as the player has the capabilities to be one of the top standouts in the league. The Serbia native scored 20-plus goals during the 2021-22 Serie A season, which was split between playing for Fiorentina and Juventus.

Since then, he's yet to hit the 20-goal mark, but he came close last season, scoring 16 goals in league play. If Vlahović can consistently hit that mark then it's well worth the money that Juventus is paying.
