In 2025, Juventus could attempt to bolster their No. 9 options to ensure that they get consistent goal-scoring from the position. As a result, one name is floating in the rumor mill to reunite with manager Thiago Motta.

Dušan Vlahović has scored nine goals and recorded one assist in 16 appearances across all competitions for the Old Lady. Nonetheless, his contract does expire in 2026 and he's yet to sign an extension.

Still, the Serbian can extend his stay in Turin, but perhaps Juventus' plan is to bring in another striker to compete with Vlahović and push the player to keep playing at a high level. The healthy competition could prove crucial to ensure that the Serie A doesn't go through any goal-scoring droughts.

Could Joshua Zirkzee be leaving Manchester United?

Joshua Zirkzee, who is under contract until 2029, has had a disastrous first few months with the Red Devils as he's recorded one goal and registered two assists in 18 appearances across all competitons.

Corriere dello Sport (h/t TuttoJuve) reports that Zirkzee has disappointed everyone at the club, and even coach Rúben Amorim has demanded an immediate reaction after the criticism following the match against Ipswich Town.

Juventus, and particularly their coach Thiago Motta—who remains very close to the Dutchman—are closely monitoring developments in Manchester, given the potential consequences of the Zirkzee situation.

Last season while at Bologna under Motta, Zirkzee scored 12 goals and recorded seven assists in 37 appearances across all competitions. Juventus can probably buy low on the player, who currently has a transfer value of €50 million per Transfermarkt, and see if Motta can help him rediscover his past form.
