Manchester United forward Jadon Sancho’s future isn’t at Old Trafford. The Red Devils reportedly want to move the player before the summer transfer deadline.

Over the last few days, Juventus have become a serious player in the race for the Englishman. However, the Old Lady does have their stance, as transfer expert Fabrizio Romano recently reported that Juventus won’t be making any permanent deals in the final days of the transfer window.

Instead, any move would need to be a loan with a buy option, and the salary terms are still up for discussion.

Chelsea's pursuit of Sancho is complicated

Chelsea have also become a serious contender in the race for Sancho as they could look to offer out-of-favor ace Raheem Sterling. However, The Athletic’s David Ornstein reports for that possibility to become a reality, a lot needs to fall into place.

According to Ornstein, Sterling plans to sort out his complex contract situation at Chelsea before deciding where to go next. The former Manchester City standout still has three years left on his contract, which is worth more than £300,000 per week.

On the Juventus side, he reveals that the Serie A club’s interest dates back to the January market, per Ornstein. Sancho would leave temporarily for a second stint with Borussia Dortmund.

The 24-year-old spent the second half of the 2023-24 season on loan at Borussia Dortmund, reaching the UEFA Champions League final and injecting more life into his career.

In the last campaign, Sancho played in 24 matches, split between Manchester United and Dortmund, scoring three goals and providing three assists.
